Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Online process | KV Fee payment Login Details 2017

Kendriya Vidyalaya  kv fee payment can be made through UBI with Login details collected from Class Teacher.  Cass Teacher of the particular Student will provide a Unique ID consists of 15 digits. This can be used to pay the Student Fee.

OFF-Line Mode : Payment can be made by depositing Cash Challan in following manner:

1. Collect Challan in triplet from your Class Teacher.
2. Visit any of 3750 +Branches of Union Bank Of India across the country.
3. Present the Challan to the Union Bank of Branch & Deposit the fee.
4. Obtain 2 copies of  the Challan duly acknowledged by the Bank branch with transaction number .
5. Retain the student copy with yourself and submit School copy of the Challan to your Class Teacher.

Notes for Payment By Cash : You can collect a challan from the class teacher (with 15 digit unique id ) and the fee can be deposited in any of the 3750 branches of Union Bank of India (UBI) by cash.

On-Line Mode ( 24 X 7 ) : For on-line fee payment, you need to Login (with your 15 digit Unique Id & password(DATE OF BIRTH OF THE PUPIL) collected from the class teacher) through the link Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan School Fee Collection https://eremit.unionbankofindia.co.in/KvFees/ and also available on UBI site (http://www.unionbankofindia.co.in) or KVS website (www.kvsangathan.nic.in). After checking the total fee generated by the system, you can use any of the following three modes for payment:

1. i) Internet Banking (ANY BANK): After selecting “Internet Banking” as payment option you will be directed to your Bank’s web page for payment.
2. ii) Debit Card (ANY BANK): After selecting “Debit Card” as payment option you will be asked to provide your Debit Card details and complete the Fee deposit procedure.

iii) Credit Card (ANY BANK): After selecting “Credit Card” as payment option you will be asked to provide your Credit Card details and complete the Fee deposit procedure. In this option extra charges charged by the banker will be applicable.

Mobile Banking: Through Mobile Banking Application of your Bank in your smart phone, after providing the necessary details, you will enter the Exact Mobile Banking Fee amount including the Late

Note : 1. The 15 digit unique id allotted by the class teachers is the same till you change the KV and will enable you to make payment, print receipts, etc. ( please remember this number).

2. Kindly give your correct mobile number and active e-mail id when asked for, to receive the alerts and payment receipts.
3. Having a bank account with Union Bank of India(UBI) for making payment through any of the above mentioned modes is not mandatory.
